The Founders’ Story
Virtuous Circle Counselling began in 2020 with a simple idea: mental health care could be delivered differently.
What started with Tiffany working from a walk-in closet has grown into one of Canada’s fastest-growing mental health companies. But VCC was never created simply to build a larger counselling practice. It was created to put people first, support exceptional clinicians, and make finding the right care feel more personal and accessible.
As co-founders, Tiffany and Melissa brought different strengths to that vision. Tiffany’s clinical background shaped VCC’s approach to care, while Melissa’s focus on growth and business helped turn an early idea into a growing organization.
