Christine Newbigging

MSc OT, Registered Occupational Therapist

Hi there! My name is Christine Newbigging and I am a Registered Occupational Therapist. I hold a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University. I have been practicing as an OT for 5 years with extensive experience and training in traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, concussion management and trauma-informed care. As an OT, I focus on promoting day to day function using a holistic approach to care. I consider the interplay between physical, cognitive and psychological symptoms of injury and develop individualized treatment plans to help clients reach personal goals.

When I’m not working as an OT, you can likely catch me in the mountains! I own a Volkswagen Camper Van and love to travel and explore the outdoors.
